1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing RAGAVIA's public portal, listing tools, and reservation APIs, you agree to comply with our commercial booking terms, cancellation policies, and merchant rules.

2. Account Responsibility

Users registering as Super Admins, staff members, B2B distributors, or merchant partners must keep their API credentials, secrets, and auth tokens confidential. RAGAVIA is not liable for data leakage due to neglected local tokens.

3. Cancellation & Financial Settlements

Platform transactions, ledgers, and partner commission payouts are processed under strict double-entry verification records. Disputes corresponding to payouts must be directed to partners@ragavia.com.

4. QR Privileges Policy

Cryptographic QR codes issued through the membership panel are personal and non-transferable. Attempting to spoof QR codes or abuse discount thresholds will trigger account suspension.
